Mr. Parnas has been with EdgeTech as the Founder and CEO since the inception of the Company. Prior to EdgeTech, he served as the CEO of Program Trading Corp., an NASD registered broker-dealer, for 9 years. While with Program Trading, Mr. Parnas personally served as the lead investment banker and direct advisor to DataWind, EdgeTech's technology partner. |

Before the launch of Program, Mr. Parnas was a professional stockbroker and investment banker in New York and Florida working for several top-rated firms. Prior to his work in investment banking, he owned an import/export business dealing primarily between the US and the former Soviet Union. His work in import/export gave him the basis for some substantial relationships throughout Europe and Asia, which have been brought to EdgeTech. |

| Keith R. Jones - Vice President of Sales |

Mr. Jones joined EdgeTech in mid 2006 as the Vice President, bringing more than 20 years of successful sales and sales experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to EdgeTech, Mr. Jones was the Sales Director for KMC Telecom, where he was responsible for managing all of the company's wholesale accounts in the wireless industry. |

| From 2001 through 2004, Mr. Jones worked for FPL FiberNet as the Sales Manager, where he was charged with the responsibility to shift the overall strategic direction for the company, which he did with great success. Prior to FPL FiberNet, Mr. Jones was a Sales Director for MCI WorldCom. |
